To provide the highest level of care and reserve dedicated time for each patient, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. $35 of your deposit will be applied toward your Good Faith Exam (GFE), and the remaining balance will be applied toward your scheduled service. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unexpected delays can happen. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and will need to be rescheduled. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. A deposit must be received prior to your appointment in order to confirm and reserve your time.
